Support Systems, Strategies, and Self-Efficacy of Preschool Teachers in Handling Separation Anxiety

The study aimed to ascertain the support system, strategies, and self-efficacy of preschool teachers in handling learners' separation anxiety. It also determined significant relationship between system teachers' self-efficacy. if there is a strategies Descriptive correlational method was used study. Moreover, quantitative results were supported by qualitative interview with teachers. respondents 127 Sarangani Division. instrument researcher-made questionnaire validated experts pilot tested. showed that moderate extent. Also, they have overprotection, avoidance reinforcement, encouragement, rewards handle anxiety great Additionally, their high Lastly, shared following success stories: enjoying company learners, being resourceful teacher, showing love compassion towards collaborating extending Patience for learners. Based on results, researcher developed an intervention program dubbed PROJECT SEPAX.
